3. Colour Accuracy

We try to showcase our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may slightly differ due to screen or device settings.

5. Pricing & Taxes

7. Delivery Timeline

Our pieces are made-to-order. Delivery time may vary based on the design and complexity of your selected item. Estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page.

8. Payment Policy

We accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order through available online payment options.

9. Returns & Defective Product Policy

All our garments are made-to-order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Record a video while opening the package.

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • After review, we will arrange a replacement within 30 days, if eligible.

Note: Returns or replacements will not be accepted for colour-related issues. Please review your colour selection before confirming the order.
