At  Sun to Sunset every piece is made-to-order and handcrafted with love and precision. As a result, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.


 

No Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Each garment is custom-made specifically for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.


 

What If the Product is Damaged or Defective?

We take quality very seriously. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly help with a replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Record a video while unboxing the package – this helps us assess the issue clearly.

  2. Email us at [Your Email Address] within 3 days of receiving the product.

  3. Mention your order number, share clear images, and include the unboxing video in your email.

Once verified, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and a new piece will be sent to you.

Note: Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

  • No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for sizing or colour-related concerns.

  • We urge you to double-check your size and colour selections before placing the order.

  • Replacements are applicable only in the case of verified defects or damage during delivery.
