No Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Each garment is custom-made specifically for you, which means it cannot be restocked or resold.
What If the Product is Damaged or Defective?
We take quality very seriously. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly help with a replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

Record a video while unboxing the package – this helps us assess the issue clearly.

Mention your order number, share clear images, and include the unboxing video in your email.
Once verified, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and a new piece will be sent to you.
Note: Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
